Eagle Farm Race 4

2u Better Get Set $3.75

Resumed well this prep. The blinkers were taken off and the tongue tie came on late last prep which resulted in two strong ratings over the mile. She then resumed with a 2nd 1.8L here over 1000m with a solid rating. She then backed that effort up last start winning impressively over the 1200 at Ipswich recording another very handy rating. Maps to be handy from the soft draw.

Eagle Farm Race 10

0.75u Hidden Hail $8

Speedy type who will roll forward from the wide gate. Drops back to the 1000m after four goes at the 1200m recording handy figures on 3/4 occasions, let up after that one average effort. Returns from a let-up here. Larry Cassidy rates well on him and retains here.

Rockhampton Race 5

2.5u Kahalyaan $3

Two runs for the new stable have been excellent and seems to have found a couple lengths. Two back, 1st 3L at Mackay over 1100m in tougher company, strong through the line. Last start, 3rd 0.3L at Mackay over 1300m in this company, again strong through the line. Has the ratings to back up the quality of both efforts. Handles affected ground. Draws well and top jockey engaged.
