The second event of the FedEx Cup playoffs takes place starting Thursday in Denver, Colorado. In the first event of the playoffs last week in Memphis, Tennessee, Hideki Matsuyama of Matsuyama, Japan won the 2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship. Here are our three picks for the week.

Being in Denver, golfers who are excellent with their driver are expected to have great success. The high altitude of Colorado should be very beneficial to golfers when teeing off. Back in January, Max Homa of the United States had a tee shot of 477 yards in Hawaii. On Thursday, Homa is the first to tee off as he is in a pairing with South Korea’s Si Woo Kim at 7:25 AM MT.
