With the fact that the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills game will not be rescheduled to complete the 2022 NFL regular season, it is a mess to determine who will be seeded where at the top of the AFC. Let’s focus at the bottom of the playoff standings now, and take a look at what teams need to do to be playoff bound. To make things simple, we have ignored scenarios where games end in a tie.
Detroit Lions
The Lions are postseason bound if they beat the Green Bay Packers and if the Los Angeles Rams beat the Seattle Seahawks.
Green Bay Packers
The Packers are postseason bound if they beat the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks are in the playoffs with a win over the Los Angeles Rams and if the Lions beat the Packers.
New England Patriots
The Patriots are in the playoffs if they win in Buffalo. They are also in the playoffs if Jacksonville beats Tennessee, Cleveland beats Pittsburgh and the New York Jets beat Miami.
Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are in the playoffs if they beat the Jets and if the Bills beat the Patriots.
Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers are in the playoffs if they beat the Cleveland Browns and if Buffalo beats New England and the New York Jets beat Miami.
Tennessee Titans
The Titans are in the playoffs if they beat the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday.
Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars are in the playoffs if they beat the Titans on Saturday. They are also in the playoffs if they lose to Tennessee, and if Cleveland beats Pittsburgh, the New York Jets beat Miami and if Buffalo beats New England.
