Saturday Victorian Racing heads to The Valley where horses will need their flippers and jockeys will need their snorkels as they’re set to embark on a very wet track!
The track is currently rated a Heavy 8. Victorians are set for a cool day with tops of 13 degrees! The damage has been done, this track will be bottomless!
The rail is out 5m for today’s meeting. When the rail is out 5m and the track is bottomless, expect riders to cling towards the rails and really kick off the bend. Normally, very hard hard to make ground when wet underfoot.
