Trial Review: Horses You Must Follow From The Trials Over The Past Week 8/10

Chris Camilleri has taken a look back over the trials of the past week, reviewing the replays and times to come up with three to follow on debut and through their preparation.

Romantic Whisper – Randwick 12/10

Super impressive trial by this Waterhouse & Bott trained mare over 1200m, showed her usual speed from the barrier to lead and was pushed ouot late to win by 16 lengths, looks set for a big preparation.

When To Bet

Straight to the races now over 1100m or 1200m.

Trial 2 over 1200m : Overall Time 1:11.80 Last 600m 34.51

Tommy Gold – Randwick 12/10

Very slick piece of work by this John O’Shea trained colt in his second trial this time in, sat back over the 1050m and made up many lengths late under a very tight hold, looks ready to fire first up. 

When To Bet

Ready for the races now after two trials and will be primed first up over 1100-1200m. 

Trial 4 over 1050m : Overall Time 1:01.61 Last 600m 34.17

Edmond – Randwick 12/10

Very nice trial by this Snowden trained 3YO colt, showed great speed to lead the trial and was only clicked up late to show a nice turn of foot to win the trial by over 6 lengths eased down. 

When To Bet

Ready for the races now after two trials and will be mighty hard to beat in a maiden over 1000m-1200m.
