Top five rookies from Week five of 2025 NFL season

                                        									Week five of the 2025 National Football League regular season is now complete. Here are the top five rookies on winning teams.
5) Jake Tonges
The San Francisco 49ers stunned the Los Angeles Rams 26-23 in overtime on Thursday night. It was a shocking win by the 49ers with all of the injuries they have. With injuries, new faces have stepped up in northern California. One of the beneficiaries was rookie tight end Jake Tonges of Los Gatos, California, who had seven catches for 41 receiving yards and a touchdown.
4) Tyler Warren
The Indianapolis Colts look great at 4-1. One of the reasons has been the play of another tight end, Tyler Warren of Mehanicsville, Virginia. Warren had four catches for 44 receiving yards and one touchdown in a 40-6 Colts romp over the Las Vegas Raiders.
3) Andres Borregales
The New England Patriots rookie kicker from Caracas, Venezuela was instrumental in the stunning New England Patriots’s 23-20 upset win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night. Borregales made all three field goal attempts and two converts. The winning field goal was 52 yards with 15 seconds left which broke a 20-20 tie.
2) Emeka Egbuka
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie wide receiver from Tacoma, Washington is looking amazing with the injuries to the Buccaneers receiving group. On Sunday, Egbuka had seven catches for 163 yards and one touchdown in a 38-35 Tampa Bay win over the Seattle Seahawks.
1) Jacory Croskey-Merritt
The Washington Commanders beat the Los Angeles Chargers 27-10 thanks to an amazing game by running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt of Montgomery, Alabama. Croskey-Merritt had 14 rushes for 111 rushing yards and two touchdowns and two catches for 39 receiving yards.
