A rare Monday meeting at Warwick Farm today and I have a black booked runner who was scratched from Saturday’s Randwick meeting that looks to be a great bet. We went for +8 units of profit on Saturday and will look to close out the weekend with another winner here.

Warwick Farm Race 7 – Marway
I was keen to speck Marway at double figure odds in a much stronger race at Randwick on Saturday which makes him a great proposition in this midweek race. I was taken with his two trials where he has looked great finishing 2nd behind Lost and Running and then 3rd behind Mirra Vision and Big Parade. I was happy to watch 1st up as his 2nd up stats read much better at 6:3-1-0.
On that day he led them up and faded the last 100m to finish 5th behind Blondeau. With added fitness and a hot pace to trail I can see him being a big improver. He will race on speed and be very hard to chase down.
