Sandown Lakeside Tip Sheet & Staking Plan: Wednesday 16th June
June 16, 2021
Victorian Metropolitan Racing stays at Sandown this Wednesday where there is a competitive 8 race card lined up for the Lakeside track.
The track is currently rated a Soft 7. Victorians are set to expect a cold day with a top of 14 degrees! The damage has already been done with the track as it is well and truly into the soft range. There are some showers forecasted throughout the day and with any more significant drops of rain we could see a heavy track.
The rail is in the true position for this meeting. Hard to know what effect the rain has had on the track. There could be fast lanes in the straight. Watch and assess early.
