Wodeton was fantastic closing off strongly to finish 1.4L 2nd to Raging Force. It would;ve been interesting to see how close he would’ve got if the winner didn’t lay in the final 50m. He should improve stepping up to 1200m and gets in well with only 55kg.
Value Selection: R7- Lilac
Lilac looks a great value play currently $13/$2.8 in the G2 Sheraco Stakes. She steps out 1st up undefeated in 2 career starts on Soft ground. She likely controls the race in front in what looks likely to be a sit and sprint.Â
