Celtics vs Raptors 8:30am AEST
9 shots from Kemba isn’t going to cut it and he was quick to put some blame on himself after the game … “I got to be more aggressive. I wasn’t aggressive enough.” Although he was still very effective getting his team-mates involved with 8 dimes (15 potentials) he’s too gifted a scorer to be so passive. Great to see his minutes trending up all series (32,38,38,40) and with the series now tied at 2-2, another 40-minute game wouldn’t surprise. He had 7.1 minutes of touch time in G4 and is averaging 7.4 minutes for the series, so he will certainly have more than enough chances to get himself going.

I didn’t see anything in G4 to change my stance on this series and think Boston being able to hang with Toronto and actually having a chance at winning this down the stretch bodes extremely well for them. Yes, Toronto stepped it up defensively and Nurse has seemingly unlimited defensive coverages, but I think this simply just came down to Boston missing shots they usually make. They were still able to generate great looks with 21 open or wide open 3’s but were only able to hit 5 of them, also just 2-13 with a defender tight. Prior to this game, they were 19-46 on corner 3’s in the playoffs (44%) but really struggled in G4 going just 2-12. They have too many good shooters for this to happen again. On the flip side, Raptors managed to go 17-44 from 3 (15-31 excluding Pascal).

Clippers vs Nuggets 11:00am AEST
Really hard to trust any player props here as I expect Clippers come out with extremely high intensity and aim to put this game away in the first half. Lack of effort from Clippers, Kawhi being terrible, and Nuggets hitting absolutely everything to begin the game all contributed to the Nuggets win, but it is glaringly obvious the talent discrepancy here. Clippers are turning into a hard team to trust on a night to night basis (same as regular season) but I am happy to attack them after a bad loss.
