The rookie product out of the University of Georgia is the younger brother of Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook. On Monday night in prime time, James Cook of Miami, Florida rebounded after a poor performance in week one to lead the Bills in rushing. He had 11 rushes for 53 yards in a 41-7 Buffalo spanking over the Tennessee Titans in their home opener.

3) Daniel Bellinger–New York Giants

The New York Giants rookie tight end from Las Vegas had one catch for 16 yards and one touchdown in the Giants’ 19-16 win over the Carolina Panthers. The touchdown catch at 5:41 of the third quarter tied the score at 13 points at the time. Bellinger was the Giants’s fourth round pick, 112th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft out of San Diego State.


2) Breece Hall–New York Jets

The native of Omaha, Nebraska had seven rushes for 50 yards in addition to one catch for 10 yards and one touchdown in a 31-30 New York Jets win over the Cleveland Browns. Hall’s touchdown came with 11 seconds left in the first half and tied the score at 14 at the time. Hall was the Jets’s second round pick, 36th overall, in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Iowa State.

Another Jets rookie shined in a week two win over Cleveland. Garrett Wilson, the Jets’s first round pick, 10th overall, out of Ohio State, had eight catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns. The first touchdown was for two yards from Joe Flacco with 11 seconds left in the first half and tied the score at 14. The second touchdown for the native of Columbus was the game-winning touchdown with 22 seconds left in the game from 15 yards and put the Jets up 31-30.
