The track is currently rated as a Synthetic 8. Victorian’s are set for a cold day with tops of 13 degrees! There’s up to 30mm expected on race day which will see this track race quite heavy.
The rail is in the true position for this meeting. Traditionally with the rail in the true, Pakehnham plays quite fairly. Just be weary of this weather as it could easily throw up a few odd results.
