Warwick Farm Race 1 – Stick To Your Guns
- Trainer: M Newnham
- Jockey: T Sherry
- Barrier: 11
Stick To Your Guns brings strong form lines to this 3yo maiden. The Newnham filly returns from a spell on the back of an impressive 2.3L trial win where he camped behind the speed and blew rivals his rivals away up the straight. Last campaign he finished 2nd in a Canterbury maiden behind Minsk Moment who later went on the be competitive in races like the G3 Blue Sapphire and G1 Coolmoore in Melbourne. Set weight conditions and Tom Sherry’s claim will allow him to carry 1.5kg less than the rest of the field.

Warwick Farm Race 6 – Cafe Royale
- Trainer: N Doyle
- Jockey: D Gibbons
- Barrier: 16
Happy to roll the dice on the resuming Cafe Royal here despite the bad gate. The Snitzel mare has always shown promise with a career record of 16:6-2-2. Last prep she had strong Saturday form lines, mixing it with the likes of Van Giz, Expat, Criminal Code and Wairere Falls. She has enough gate speed to get across from the wide gate and at a meeting where lots of apprentices have been employed, Dylan Gibbons is a great choice with his 3kg claim.
Tip: 1 Unit Win Cafe Royale @$8
