Barriers in for the final Group 1 of the 2020/2021 season

The barriers were drawn earlier this morning for the Group 1 Tattersall’s Tiara which is set to take place on Saturday at Eagle Farm.

Favourite and last start Group 1 winner Tofane will face a tricky passage drawing barrier 14 but after scratchings should come into barrier 11.

Her main few rivals have all drawn towards the outside with second elect in the market Odeum in 15, Savatiano in 16 and last start winner Brooklyn Hustle in 12.

Chris Waller has a strong hand with three runners and his best rated chance in Subpoenaed has drawn a perfect gate in two with Hugh Bowman jumping off Savatiano to ride Subpoenaed on Saturday.

Waller’s other two runners in Madam Rouge and Nudge have drawn side by side in barrier 7 and 8 respectively.

Another intriguing horse is the Kiwi visitor in Coventina Bay with jockey Samantha Collett more than delighted with picking up barrier 11 at the draw.
