Warwoven has won the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas at Caulfield on Saturday, giving Bjorn Baker and Rachel King back-to-back Group 1s after the Golden Rose a fortnight ago.
According to the finishing order on Races.com.au, Warwoven (barrier 6) beat Blind Raise and Call Me Coach in the $3 million Sportsbet Caulfield Guineas (1600m) for three-year-olds. The market closed with Warwoven the $2.35 favourite and Blind Raise at $3.10.
Punters.com.au reported that King gave the Baker-trained colt a perfect ride, cruising past Blind Raise in the straight before winning by two lengths. The result made it consecutive Group 1 wins for Warwoven after he took out the Golden Rose at Randwick.

What it means
Warwoven completed the Golden Rose–Caulfield Guineas double for Baker and King. Punters.com.au said Blind Raise was impressive in second and that Busuttin and Young were considering a Cox Plate path for the runner-up. Call Me Coach, trained by Anthony and Sam Freedman, filled the minor placing at a double-figure price.
