Trial Review: Horses That Caught The Eye At The Trials This Week 9/12

Check out the runners our analyst has blackbooked from a cracking morning of trials at Kensington on Tuesday morning, including a 2yo Magic Millions fancy that recorded a massive win.

Stallone

Stallone impressed winning the opening trial of the morning by 2.2L and in impressive time going 2.05s quicker than the only other 1250m trial on the morning. He went straight to the front and had the 2nd horse Rhythm of Love off the bridle a long way from home. He looks ready to perform 1st up.

Hopper

The Snowden 4yo looks one to follow through his 3rd career prep after settling worse than midfield in his 850m trial and hitting the line nicely to finish 0.8L 3rd to the speedy insurrection. That was his first trial back so you expect to get another look at him before he returns to the races.

Knightsbridge

The Waterhouse/Bott 2yo was well supported when failing on debut at Flemington back in October. He looks to have returned from a short break in great order and may benefit from being ridden quieter after settling towards the rear and making light work of the trial recording a 0.4L win under minimal riding.

Shiki

The G3 Gimcrack winner looks very well placed heading in the 2yo Magic Millions after pinging the gates and going on with it to record a massive 4.8L in her 850m trial.
