It is now time to take a look at the top fantasy player at every fantasy position from week 15. We are featuring one quarterback, one running back, one wide receiver, one tight end and one kicker.
Quarterback–Trevor Lawrence
The Jacksonville Jaguars smoked the New York Jets 48-20 on Sunday. It was such a dominant performance by the Jaguars, the Jets fired defensive coordinator Steve Wilks after the contest. In the win by 28 points, Lawrence completed 20 of 32 passes for 330 passing yards and five touchdowns, along with five rushes for 51 rushing yards and another major score.
Running Back–James Cook III
The Buffalo Bills had an impressive comeback on Sunday. They were down 21-0 at one time, before storming back to win 35-31. A major catalyst in the Bills comeback was running back James Cook III of Miami, Florida. He had three touchdowns (two rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown). Cook also had 22 rushes for 107 rushing yards and two catches for four yards.
Wide Receiver–Amon-Ra St. Brown
The Lions were weak defensively in a 41-34 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. However, they were great offensively. Lions star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown of Anaheim Hills, California was exceptional as he had 13 catches for 164 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Tight End—Kyle Pitts Sr.
To open Week 15, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Kyle Pitts Sr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was amazing. He had 11 catches for 166 receiving yards and three touchdowns in a 29-28 Falcons win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Kicker–Jason Myers
The Seattle Seahawks won a close game on Sunday by a score of 18-16 over the Indianapolis Colts. The game was highlighted by the fact that 44-year-old Philip Rivers was Indianapolis’s starting quarterback. All of Seattle’s scoring came from kicker Jason Myers of Chula Vista, California. He had six field goals in the Seahawks’s victory.
