Tongue tie on first time 2 back and a sharp increase in ratings. 2 back 5th at Doomben on slow over 1050m in tougher company. Then 3rd at Sunshine Coast over 1000m when wide in similar company. Strong through the line on both occasions and should relish the 1100m. Maps well from the soft gate in the small field.
Ipswich Race 7
1.5u Goldschlager $4.5
Dropped back to similar company finishing 3rd 0.3L at Sunshine Coast over 1200. Racing well in tougher company prior. Yet to record a win this prep but isn’t far off. Has been strong few the line last few starts and should enjoy the good tempo. Tricky map from barrier 1 as she likes to get back but gets an inform jockey to do the steering. Field should be strung out to give her a bit of space.
