Racing heads to Orange and Canberra on Friday. The Orange Showcase meeting is headed by to features, the Orange Sprint and the Orange Gold Cup. Both tracks are in the wet range. Orange currently a heavy 8 and Canberra soft 7.

Rated nicely placing around Scone over 2200m on heavy last start. Has solid form around this trip and on heavy grounds. Fit. Should be ridden quietly from the draw, the good speed with get him into the race.

Lightly raced. Has improved into each prep. First-up last prep won well over 1100m on heavy to break her maiden. Ran time 2nd up to place in cls1 company over 1050. Resumed this prep with an eye catcher over 1000m to win well, hitting the line very well. Only runner in that race to make any ground. Will appreciate 1200m and a bit of sting out.
