NFL Weekly Preview Week 11 2024: Key Injuries, Difference Makers & Projected Upsets
November 15, 2024

We are headed into the eleventh week of the season. Here are the key injuries, fantasy stars and projected upsets.
Key Injuries
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is out for a second straight week with a shoulder strain. Expect Mac Jones of Jacksonville, Florida to get a start for the second straight week on Sunday as the Jaguars face the Detroit Lions.
Meanwhile in Buffalo, the Bills will be without wide receiver Keon Coleman of Opelousas, Louisiana with a wrist injury when they face the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs. This should give Curtis Samuel more targets. So far this season, he only has 16 catches for 127 receiving yards.
Fantasy Stars
The top rated quarterback of the week is Bills quarterback Josh Allen of Firebaugh, California even though the Bills are facing the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs, and the Bills will not have Coleman. Allen is projected to get 250 yards passing, 33 yards rushing and three touchdowns. The top rated wide receiver of the week is Ja’Marr Chase of the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite facing the Los Angeles Chargers, who have the best defense in the NFL, the native of Harvey, Louisiana is projected to get seven catches for 84 yards and a touchdown. The top rated running back is Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry of Yulee, Florida, whose projections are 104 total yards and one touchdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Projected Upsets
I actually like five underdogs this week. They are the Las Vegas Raiders, Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns. The Raiders are coming off a bye week, while the Dolphins are on a short week. I like the offenses for the Colts, Falcons, Bengals and Browns better than their Sunday opponents.
