Tough day yesterday with Wolves and Pacers very disappointing at home. Going to be hard to back either of them again any time soon.

Heat vs Nets 10:40am AEST

Happy to take the free points here. Nets haven’t exactly looked great to start the season with bad losses to the Hornets and Bucks. Bruce Brown moving back into the starting group will definitely help them, and they did look better against a bad Wizards team but this Miami team has looked awesome in their 2 games with Lowry (albeit against a depleted Bucks and an awful Magic team both at home). We know Miami will really be up for this one and although nobody can guard KD, Tucker won’t be giving him anything easy.

  • Miami Heat +5.0 with B365 – 1 unit
Celtics vs Wizards 10:40am AEST

Celtics are pretty much full strength here (Romeo Q) and this is a very reasonable number for the better team, at home. The Wizards offence has looked pretty gross to start the season and their main guys have tough matchups here. Dinwiddie’s 1-5 PNR game might be neutralised with Time Lords versatility, while Beal will be seeing a lot of Smart. Although they have been pretty bad so far, I do think this Celtics team still has a shot at a top 5 defence this season and could really tighten the screws here.

  • Boston Celtics -4 @ 1.95 with Topsport – 1 unit
