Indiana Pacers win 2025 Eastern Conference Finals

The Indiana Pacers have won the 2025 National Basketball Association Eastern Conference Finals. They will now play the 2025 Western Conference Finals champion Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2025 NBA Finals starting Thursday.
The Pacers eliminated the New York Knicks with an impressive 125-108 home win at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday night. With the victory, the Pacers beat the Knicks four games to two in the best out of seven series.
What we saw on the weekend was an impressive offensive display from Pacers power forward Pascal Siakam of Douala, Cameroon. He led the Pacers with 31 points in game five. Siakam had 100 points in the last three games of the series that Indiana won. He also had 39 points in game two (114-109 win) and 30 points in a 130-121 game four win. Siakam led the Pacers with 24.8 points per game in the six game series, and in the process won the Larry Bird Trophy for Eastern Conference Finals MVP.Â
Meanwhile in game six on Saturday, six other Pacers had a multi-point game. Guard Tyrese Haliburton of Oshkosh, Wisconsin had 21 points, power forward Obi Toppin of Brooklyn, New York had 18 points, Canadian guard Andrew Nembhard of Aurora, Ontario had 14 points, centers Myles Turner of Bedford, Texas and Thomas Bryant of Rochester, New York had 11 points each, and forward Aaron Nesmith of Charleston, South Carolina had 10 points.
Haliburton had a double-double as he had 13 assists. The Pacers won every quarter as they outscored the Knicks 25-24 in the first quarter, 33-30 in the second quarter, 34-23 in the third quarter, and 33-31 in the fourth quarter.
