The Milwaukee Bucks are the second best team in the National Basketball Association. On Sunday, they improved to a record of 14 wins and five losses, after a 124-115 win over the Dallas Mavericks at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The major story from the Bucks’s nine-point win over Dallas, was due to the phenomenal three-point shooting of shooting guard Grayson Allen of Jacksonville, Florida. Allen made seven three-pointers. That was the most three-point shots made without a miss in one half over the last 25 years according to ESPN.
Allen missed his only three-point attempt in the second half. He finished the game with 25 points, five assists, two steals, two rebounds, and one blocked shot. Allen was also a +20 with a field goal percentage of .800, three point percentage of .875, and free throw percentage of .500.

The NBA record for most three-point shots made without a miss in one game belongs to Ben Gordon of London, Great Britain and Latrell Sprewell, who ironically is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Gordon and Sprewell have the record with nine. Gordon has achieved the mark twice. The first time came with the Chicago Bulls in a 103-101 win over the Washington Wizards on April 14, 2006. The second time came with the Detroit Pistons in a 116-115 loss to the Denver Nuggets on March 21, 2012. Sprewell made nine three-point shots without a miss for the New York Knicks on February 4, 2003 in a 105-92 Knicks win over the Los Angeles Clippers.
This is Allen’s second season with the Bucks since being traded by the Memphis Grizzlies. This season he is averaging 11.2 points per game, 3.2 rebounds per game, and 2.6 assists per game. Allen also has a field goal percentage of .456, three-point percentage of .450, and free throw percentage of .911.
