Going well this prep. Resumed with on ok run over an unsuitable 1000m at Wyong finishing 4th 2L. He then won well over 1200m at Newcastle on slow going returning a rating that is very competitive for this field. Jockey sticks and should be tough to beat again.

Eye catcher on debut winning over the 1400m at Newcastle on slow going. He hit the line well suggesting he wants the mile. He then stayed at the trip and ran 3rd 2.8L at Warwick Farm hitting the line extremely well after taking time to warm up. Should appreciate this track and will relish the added distance. Top jockey on.
