Best effort come last prep over this track/trip finishing 2nd 0.5L after flying home when third-up. Resumed well and in good order. Draw is of assistance

Scone R2 5. Ultra
Going well this prep. Flew late over 900m at Newcastle first-up, then placed in tough company running time. Draw is ok, only one bend to deal with. Relishes the wet. Price is attractive

Scone R4 1. Egyptian Tycoon
Liked his debut win. He settled 2nd behind a slow speed, hit the front early and was too good running some slick late sectionals.

Rustic Steel got all favours last start up on a slow speed. Nice swing at the weights here for Our Playboy and don’t think Rustic Steel will get as many favours here. That looks a good form reference for this.
