Once again, Victorian Wednesday Midweek racing returns to Sandown where the Lakeside track will again play host to a ripping 8 race card. The track is currently rated a heavy 9. With cool and light wind days ahead expect the track to be firmly stuck in the heavy rating.

The rail is out 7m for the entire meeting. Lakeside is generally already a hard track to make good ground on and with the expected conditions expect it near impossible to win from the back of the field.
