The track is currently rated as a soft 5. Victorian’s are set for a moderate day with tops of 17 degrees! There’s a touch of rain forecasted over the next 48 hours which will see this track stay in the soft range.
The rail is out 9m for this meeting. Traditionally with the rail out 9m, the Lakeside circuit has heavily favoured horses who are drawn middle to wide gates and run on. Expect the inside lanes to be the worst going.
