Wednesday Metropolitan racing in Victoria heads to Sandown where the Hillside track will host 8 races with the first to commence at 1:00pm local time.
The track is currently rated as a soft 5. Victorian’s are expecting a top of 20 degrees. There’s 1-5mm of rain forecast to fall on race day which should see this track remain in the soft range.
The rail is out 12m. Traditionally with the rail out 12m the Hillside circuit favours runners who stalk the speed and get to the middle of the track. As always, watch and assess.
