Jadavi

Jadavi’s run last start was nothing short of monstrous. Slow tempo race over the 2100m, she wasn’t even in the frame at the 200m but she has come from the clouds to savage the line into 6th. She is the perfect example of horses for courses here with the big, long Scarpside straight to give her plenty of time to wind up. The slight query is if this is more genuinely run but even then, I can’t see Float Our Boat going too hard out in front and if Jadavi is within striking distance on straightening, I don’t think there’s many factors that can hold her out late.

Baronova

Baronova arrives here 3rd up having being a terrific run fresh in an unsuitable race before being ridden upside down last start and was a complete forgive. She’s fitter, gets the blinkers off, gets Carbery back on who can hopefully settle her down midfield and into a rhythm, and think she is more than capable of winning in a field of this depth. A far better horse when ridden for cover and being allowed one last crack at them.
