Speedy type who races best on turf at HV. Maps well here to get an uncontested lead. 2/3 recent runs over track/trip would win this. Most recent he led running his First 600m 5 lengths quicker than cls times and faded late as expected.

Happy Valley R7 7. Sparky Star

Third-up and has showed improvement the new stable this prep. Held up at the 300m over the 1400m at Sha Tin where he smashed the line when out. He then hit the line well again over this track and trip when settling well back. Picks up some weight but plenty of upside the way he’s been hitting the line. Speed against but will be finishing hard again. Love the fact that Joao is going on as he’s a horse that will need to be put into the race. Attractive price.
