Liked the way he won with the blinkers first time. Settled on speed and ran on very well the last 200m. That was 9 weeks between runs. Will be up on speed in a nice spot in a race without much speed.

Has come back nicely from his spell. Trialled well before winning nicely first-up over this track/trip at $5. Carries an extra 1.5kg maps well here. Has had a nice tick trial.

Hard to catch him but liked his last start. Too far back in a slowly run race but ran some solid late sectionals. Generally, pretty consistent in the ratings and has the ability to take this out. Can win this.

Last 3 runs over this track/trip for 2 seconds and a third. He hit the line very well on all 3 occasions and may appreciate 4 weeks between runs for this trip. Ratings were all good enough to win this with the right run. Joao retaining the ride is big here jumping from out wide.
