We head to Randwick on Saturday for Spring Champion Stakes and the Invitation. The rail is out 4m and the track is currently rated a soft 6, expect improvement.

Randwick R4 8. Mahagoni

In good order this prep. Got too far back over an unsuitable trip first-up and motored home. Wide and 2^nd 0.2L behind the smart Waterford next up. Then wide again and won well in running good times. Stepped up in class last start and held his own. Back in grade and ratings look good at the weights. In form stable and very in form jockey.

2u at $3.8 with TopSport

Randwick R8 4. Williamsburg

Looks like he is really wanting 2000m. Always gets back and runs on. Ran some superb late splits over the mile at his last two against a handful of these. Draws to receive a nice run and can settle a bit closer over the 2000m

Randwick R9 10. Espiona

Is a tricky one to catch but think this race sets up very nicely for her. She was ok first-up but quickly improved second up running solid late splits over this trip. Maps to enjoy a nice run from barrier 6 in behind some good speed. Shes 3^rd up 4 weeks between runs which seems ideal and the winkers coming on show intent.
