Epsom Day. A very strong meeting at Randwick is headed by the G1 Tab Epsom the G1 Metropolitan and the G1 Flight Stakes. The track is currently rated a heavy 8 and we don’t expect improvement. Expect an advantage to be off rails in running and a slight advantage to be closer to the speed.
Race 6 1. Fireburn
Hard to fault her form. Drops back into Fillies grade here. Relishes the wet track winning 4/5 including the Slipper last prep, with good times to back up all. 2nd 0.4L to She’s Extreme over 1600m last prep. SP’d $1.5 there and looks to be going far better this prep.

Race 8 5. Icebath
Last two runs have been super and gets her best chance at the G1 today. Absolute wet tracker who is flying. Big jockey change with Jmac on. Enough speed here for her to get her chance. Should find good ground late.

Winner over 2400m last prep on heavy. Has been contesting harder races this prep but gets in light here. Will enjoy a nice run in transit here.
