Randwick Race 1 –Ā  Skedaddle

Skedaddle is a speedy filly from the Les Bridge yard that was an impressive winner on the inside Kensington track at the midweeks last start.

She gets in well at the weights here with 54.5kg after Brock Ryan’s claim in a field of 3yos. Expect her to settle on the speedy and be very hard to hold out late.

Tip: 2 Units Win Skedaddle @$2.6 With TopSport

Randwick Race 3 – La Chevalee

Le Chevalee was dominant winning a BM 78 over this track and distance last start. A pre-declared change of tactics meant she settled 3rd and blew her rivals away up the straight defeating Zing by 2.1L.

Zing will be her main danger again here as they head to a BM 78 that is now restricted to fillies and mares. Apprentice Tom Sherry has been booked and after his claim La Chevalee will only go up 2.5kg in an easier grade and meets Zing only 2kg worse at the weights after her dominant victory last start.

Tip: 2 Units Win La Chevalee @$2.7 With TopSport

Randwick Race 10 – He’s A Hotshot

This consistent gelding from the Baker yard looks to have found the right race. On paper he appears to get an easy time in front with other fancied runners Vitesse, Kordia and Think Free all likely to have to make up big ground coming up the Randwick rise.

Another big tick is the fact he finally gets back on a good track where he has a record of 14:5-4-3 compared to his wet track form of 14:0-3-1 which he has still been racing well on of late.
