Think this is a nice horse for Trevor Andrews. Recent 400m jump out behind the very sharp Ultimate Command was as good a 400m jump out you’ll see. Looks to have really come on since his 2yo prep. Maps for a really nice run leaders back for Rawiller. Trialled in the blinkers and now gets them on raceday for the first time. Nice price.

Comes from a really high-rating race behind Buzzoom, Hardly Ever (horses in the market in the Burgess Queen) and thought the way he stuck on there was really good. The Lady Is A Vamp has since come out and broken her maiden since too the form out of the race is really strong. Drops 2kgs at the weights, maps for a terrific run either taking it up or on the back of Can’t Get Enough and in what looks a really thin maiden, just looks the one and you’re getting a great price to find out. Missed the boat with the price, but happy to be on at north of the $4.00

Trial was hot as anything. Jump and run type who runs time, took the front and went to the line in sizzling time untouched, looks to be flying. Lightly raced, by far the most upside of horses in this field and has enough early toe to find the fence and make them do all the chasing. 1100m offset by being on the minimum, think he just jumps to the front and they don’t catch him.

Could be the next big thing in WA racing. 2 wins this prep have been devastating. The most recent stepping from a maiden to a CL3, settled near last and rounded them all up in arrogant fashion (7L faster than average last 600m). Turn of foot is devastating and we still haven’t seen the best of him. Pike finds a back to follow and clear air at the top of the straight, think its all over.

Blinkers go on signalling to me this is the race he has been set for peaking 2nd up in the prep. Stable knows how to win these races, last start 2nd to Buzzoom in a very high rating contest over the 1200m with HE running home in the fastest L800/600/400/200 splits. Draw hurts, but just gives the vibe this horse needed that run and don’t think we’ve seen the true motor he has under the hood yet. With luck in running and given they can make ground down the middle, I think he is a proper chance. Drops 3kgs on that last start effort.

Going far better than it reads on paper. Has drawn in complete no man’s land at both starts this prep. Last start in the Belgravia drew 14 of 15, was completely chopped out rounding the turn when she looked to be really traveling well and didn’t see daylight till the 75m by which time it was well and truly over. Drawn 4 here up to a more suitable trip SOD can utilise the gate and sit closer and think you’ll see a big run from her, she’s a good horse.
