In the 31st of a 32-part series, we are featuring all National Football League teams with a prediction of where each team will finish within their division, key off-season acquisitions and their top fantasy stars. Here are the Tennessee Titans.
Off Season Acquisitions
There are eight new notable Tennessee Titans this season. They are wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson of Frankfort, Kentucky, defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers of Los Angeles, California, cornerbacks Alontae Taylor of Winchester, Tennessee and Cor’Dale Flott of Saraland, Alabama, tight end Daniel Bellinger of Las Vegas, Nevada, quarterback Mitchell Trubisky of Mentor, Ohio, defensive tackle Solomon Thomas of Chicago, Illinois and linebacker Jermaine Johnson II of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Robinson signed a four-year contract worth $70 million on March 12. He spent the last four seasons with the New York Giants. Last year he had 92 catches for 1014 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
Franklin-Myers signed a three-year deal worth $63 million on March 12. He is joining his fourth NFL franchise. Franklin-Myers previously played one season with the Los Angeles Rams (2018), four seasons with the New York Jets (2020 to 2023), and the last two seasons with the Denver Broncos (2024 to 2025). In 2025, Franklin-Myers had 25 combined tackles (12 solo tackles and 13 assisted tackles), six tackles for a loss, 15 quarterback hits, and 7.5 sacks.
Taylor signed a three-year deal worth $60 million on March 12. He played the last four seasons with the New Orleans Saints. In 2025, Taylor had 83 combined tackles (59 solo tackles and 24 assisted tackles), seven tackles for a loss, three quarterback hits, two interceptions for 21 yards and 11 pass deflections. The first interception was for 11 yards came in a 17-7 Saints win over the Carolina Panthers on November 9, and the second interception was for 10 yards and came in a 24-20 Saints win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on December 7.
Flott signed a three-year deal worth $45 million on March 12. He played the last four seasons with the New York Giants. In 2025 he had 38 combined tackles (27 solo tackles and 11 assisted tackles), three tackles for a loss, one interception for 68 yards, one forced fumble, and 11 pass deflections. The interception came in a 34-17 Giants win over the Philadelphia Eagles on October 9.
Bellinger signed a three-year contract worth $24 million on March 12. He played the last four seasons with the New York Giants. In 2026, Bellinger had 19 catches for 286 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Trubisky signed a two-year contract worth $10.5 million on March 12. He is joining his fourth NFL franchise after four seasons with the Chicago Bears (2017 to 2020), three seasons in two stints with the Buffalo Bills (2021, and 2024 to 2025), and two seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers (2022 and 2023). In 2025 with the Bills while backing up Josh Allen, Trubisky completed 25 of 35 passes for 313 passing yards and four touchdown passes, with six rushing yards. In 2018, Trubisky was selected to the Pro Bowl.
Thomas was traded from the Dallas Cowboys to the Titans on March 11 with a seventh round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft for a seventh round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Titans are Thomas’s fifth NFL team after four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers (2017 to 2020), one season with the Las Vegas Raiders (2021), three seasons with the New York Jets (2022 to 2024), and one season with the Cowboys (2025). In 2025 with the Cowboys, Thomas had 27 combined tackles (17 solo tackles and 10 assisted tackles), three tackles for a loss, two quarterback hits and one pass deflection. The pass deflection came in a 37-22 Cowboys win over the New York Jets on October 5.
Johnson was traded from the New York Jets to the Titans for nose tackle T’Vondre Sweat of Huntsville, Texas on March 12. He has spent the last four seasons with the Jets and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2023. This past season with the Jets, Johnson had 43 tackles (22 solo tackles and 21 assisted tackles), six quarterback hits, five tackles for a loss, three sacks and two pass deflections.
The Titans also brought in new head coach Robert Saleh of Dearborn, Michigan. He previously coached the Jets from 2021 to 2024.
Fantasy Stars
The Titans do not have any player ranked in the top 10 at any fantasy football position.
Projected Finish
The Titans only won three games last season, and they are expected to be back in the basement in the AFC South. The Titans made some adjustments but are not expected to make them significantly better.
