Philadelphia Eagles @ Detroit Lions

The Lions play hard every single week. They may not be the most talented team but they play to win. The Eagles just look like a team that doesn’t really know what it is. They have a real weakness covering RBs out of the backfield and D’Andre Swift could be in for another huge day.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Seattle Seahawks

The Jaguars strength is up front and that is exactly how the Seattle offence wants to operate – lots of runs and keep the ball out of Geno Smith’s hands. They won’t be able to here though and that gives Jacksonville every chance here. Trevor Lawrence continues to improve and he should have a big day against this poor Seahawks defence.

New England Patriots @ Los Angeles Chargers

I just do not believe in this Patriots team. They are average in most areas outside of the run game, and that could help them keep this one tight for a while, but the Chargers should show their class in the end. They should make some adjustments coming off the bye and that can only help Justin Herbert.

Dallas Cowboys @ Minnesota Vikings

Dak Prescott is questionable for this game but the Cowboys are still a class apart from the Vikings. Kirk Cousins record in prime time is well documented and I would happily bet against him every time I get a chance in this spot.
