Big Parade returned from a spell with a big G1 assignment. The big 5yo camped just behind a hot speed and hit the front halfway up the straight only to be run down by the great story that is Shelby Sixtysix. The 5kg weight pull between the two was a big factor in the 0.16L result.

When To Bet

The G1 TJ Smith Stakes over 1200m at Randwick looks like the likely next target where he will likely face the likes of Nature Strip and Eduardo. I would prefer to watch there but there is definitely a big race in this guy as the carnival progresses.
