Randwick Race 7 – Chat
Chat is racing in career best form and meets a field of smart sprinters in the G3 Show County Quality. The big tick for the John Thompson trained gelding is that he meets the majority of his rivals with race fitness on his side.
He was ultra impressive 1st up when he edged out All Time Legend in the July Sprint and then stepped up to G2 company in the Missile Stakes and lost no admirers finishing 0.6L away in 2nd.
Being from the Thompson yard, I believe he will peak 3rd up here which will be a big plus in a race where he should be in the finish.

Randwick Race 10 – Bigboyroy
Bigboyroy earned a spot in my black book after a very impressive trial win at Rosehill. I was happy to watch 1st up and was impressed with his gallant 2nd behind Frosty Rocks who backed it up again last Saturday. It has been a month between runs for the big gelding but I believe Chris Waller has used it as an opportunity to get some work into him and he should come to the races under improved fitness.
He maps to get a dream run and looks a great bet.
