Sha Tin – 24th of April

Big day at Sha Tin with 3 G1’s on the 11 race card. We have found a couple we really like throughout the card.

Results

Sha Tin R3 9. My Ecstatic

Got all favours in front last start carrying 59.5 but that rating looks really good carrying 53.5kg. He draws perfectly and will enjoy a soft run in transit. Like the stable at the moment

0.75u at $9 with Topsport

Sha Tin R4 4. Erimo

Ran an excellent rating last start when wide no cover over the 1400m at Sha Tin. He draws badly again but has the field at his measure on ratings. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them press forward in a race without much speed. Any luck and he wins this.

Sha Tin R6 2. Wellington

Hes flying, last 2 have been excellent, more notably his last win at Sha Tin over 1200 in G2. Ran an exceptional overall time and hit the line brilliantly. Gets his chance from wide with the hot speed.

3u at $2.9 with Topsport

Sha Tin R9 8. Romantic Warrior

Have the two favourites on top here but have sided with Romantic Warrior. Romantic Warrior produced a rating over 2000m then Russian Emperors prior ratings. That was his first go at the trip and is kept fresh for this. Stable going well and he should enjoy the better run of the two
