The track is currently rated a Good 4. Victorians are set to expect a cool day with a top of 21 degrees. There is no rain on the forecast.

The rail is out 3m for this meeting. Generally, it is a good rule of thumb to sit handier on the Lakeside track and this should only be strengthened today with the rail out 3m.
