Midweek Sydney racing takes place at Warwick Farm on Wednesday. Our analyst likes a Les Bridge that looks well suited stepping up to 1300m 2nd up and a Coyle sprinter coming off a hot trial that has been backed from $93 into $46 as the value play.

Best Selection: R7 Aye Aye Captain
The Les Bridge mare was a rock solid 0.7L 3rd over 1100m 1st up at Canterbury behind La Basilique and Casserouse. She will appreciate the step up to 1300m and was a 1.2L winner over Diddle Dumpling and Straand Beauty at her only go on a wet track 4 starts back. She also defeated Unleeshing by 1.3L 2 starts back. 2nd up off an 18 month break is the query but she has been sent to the trials between runs indicating intent for this.
Value Selection: R15 – President
Willing to take a shy at the stumps with President at big odds. The $93 was snapped up quickly but there is still $46 available. His Warwick Farm trial last week was a real eye-catcher settling outside lead and giving up a break on the turn before cruising to the line under a tight hold to finish 0.09L 2nd to Albany Road with a big gap back to 3rd. Getting to a wet track where he has a 4: 1-0-1 record could be key.
