Pistons vs Magic 11:10pm AEST

Left it late (thought they missed an assist earlier in the game so would’ve been brutal if he finished on 4), but came through for us last game. Happy to come back to him here as the role is still just so good for him. Got right up to 33 minutes in a game where his offence really wasn’t there (potentially matchup based vs Curry) but it was nice to see either way. He remained super aggressive with 12 drives and the touch time remains really high up at 6.6. I like the matchup for him here as he’ll likely have DSJ guarding him the majority of the time who is very prone to defensive lapses. Getting a nice price as he’s covered this in 3 of the 4 games since returning, has 7 in 2 of those games.

Just having a little bit on Vooch here as he’s coming off a triple double where he created a monster 17.0 potentials. I’d like to see him be used as a playmaker one more game before I launch into him as it was a bit of an anomaly, but if he’s creating that many potentials on a regular basis we won’t be getting these prices for long.

Things could not have panned out any better for DSJ. Was very vocal about how he wanted a chance to prove himself as he was just buried on the bench in NY and now he’s looking at a starting role for 2 weeks on a team with very minimal PG depth. He checked in for Delon when he got hurt and played out the rest of the game getting himself up to 23 minutes. The role was huge with 6.4 minutes of touch time, creating 14 potentials in his limited game time. Casey has a few ways he can tweak things, as he may end up just running everything through Plumlee in the post (post touches, potentials, minutes all up since Griffin got shut down) and he hasn’t been a huge dime guy in his career so just having something small on as there’s a ton of natural upside here with an increased role.

Cavs vs Thunder 11:10am AEST

On paper it’s not the best matchup for him, but this Cavs team has been so bad that it’s just so hard to back him as they are a blowout risk most nights. Gets a matchup here with OKC where the Cavs should be able to hang with them which means Jarrett should get up to around the 32 minute mark. He has a strong per 36 number at 19.7 points while he’s been with the Cavs (with Drummond off the court) and OKC give up the 10th most PPG to the roll man and the Cavs like running it with both Garland and Sexton. Has covered this in 4 of his last 5.
