What a week! A Lamar Jackson touchdown away from a perfect week, but 14.34 units of profit is incredible. This season has been so tough but we are showing a profit at the end of the regular season. I will be previewing every single game throughout the NFL playoffs so don’t miss out on these tips that are in red hot form
Season so far
  • Profit/Loss: +8.97 units
  • ROI: 4%

Los Angeles Rams @ Green Bay Packers

The Rams upset the Seahawks last week on the back of an excellent defensive performance. I think that defence can show up once again but the Packers are a different challenge. I picked LA last week as I really felt the defence could hold Seattle to 20 or so points – as it played out. But Green Bay are just too potent of an offence.

Jared Goff had to come into the game last week just a couple of weeks removed from thumb surgery and it showed.  Another week on and he should be closer to full health, but at less than 100% it is hard to see how he can lead this offence to enough points to keep up with Green Bay.

Baltimore Ravens @ Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen had so many question marks but every week he shows up and proves he can hang with the best of them. The lack of any real production from the running backs is a concern, but Allen is such a threat on his own that it balances out. Stefon Diggs has been the signing of the season and has taken the Bills to the next level.

The Ravens were the team I was all over coming into the season. I loved the roster and all the moves they had made. But it just has not quite clicked. It is getting better each week but I just have more faith in the Bills.

I think Sean McDermott is a top five coach in the league and I give the Bills the edge in what should be a great game.

Cleveland Browns @ Kansas City Chiefs

I am really concerned about rust for the Chiefs. A lot of their starters have not played since week 16 and three weeks off is a long time. They fell behind in every single playoff game and while they did come back in those, it is just making it harder for yourself.

The Browns look to have taken that leap after last week’s win and even with a loss here, they will take so much into next season. I think Baker Mayfield can lead this team to a big upset in a game with plenty of points. My read on the game is the Browns get up early and the Chiefs come back but just come up short.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New Orleans Saints

Those of you who have read these this season will know I do not have faith in the Saints. I think Drew Brees is washed up and he is limiting this offence’s potential. The defence is great and if they do win, it is on the back of that.

Tom Brady on the other hand is playing some of his best football right now. This is the sort of situation where he thrives. I came into the season with a higher rating on the Buccaneers and even though the Saints have beaten Tampa Bay twice already, I still believe that. I am taking the Bucs to get the win when it really matters and move on to the NFC Championship game.
