Midweek Sydney racing returns to Warwick Farm after a long lay off. The rail is out 3m for the entirety with consistent rain predicted in the 24 hours leading up to the meeting which should result in a soft surface.

Warwick Farm Race 4 – Grande Rum0re
- Trainer: K Lees
- Jockey: J Collett
- Barrier: 7
Grande Rumore is a European import that has been racing better than what it reads in stronger company on tracks that haven’t suited her racing pattern. 2nd up she settled last and rattled home to finish 2.5L away from Ellsberg. Before that she again produced a strong finish from the rear to finish 1.5L behind Geist and King of Sparta. The mile 3rd up looks ideal and should show she is too strong for this grade.
Tip: 2 Units Win Grande Rumore @$3.4 with TopSport
Warwick Farm Race 6 – Daralina Belle
- Trainer: M Smith
- Jockey: J McDonald
- Barrier: 2
Daralina Belle comes to town after 3 consecutive wins on country tracks to kick off her career. The latest came at Scone when she settled behind the speed and kicked away for a big 4.2L victory. It’s rare to see a horse go from winning a maiden to a class 1 so to see her string a class 3 on the back of that in such dominant fashion suggests there could be something special about this mare.
She is short but I think this is a very plain midweek BM 72 for fillies and mares and she may be out to stake a claim for a Four Pillars spot.
Tip: 3 Units Win Daralina Belle @$1.7 with Topsport
