Wednesday Metropolitan racing in Victoria heads to Sandown where the Lakeside track will host 8 races with the first to commence at 12:25pm local time.
The track is currently rated as a soft 6. Victorian’s are set for a cool day with tops of 15 degrees! There’s a touch of rain forecasted to drop on Tuesday which will make this track remain well into the soft range.
The rail is out 3m for this meeting. Traditionally, the rail out 3m horses that are drawn low and can sit on speed are favoured. As always, watch and assess.
