Saturday Metropolitan racing in Victoria heads to Sandown where the Lakeside track is set to host a cracking day of racing. We have 3 group 1 races to finish the program in what will be an intriguing betting day.

The track is currently rated a Good 4. Victorian’s are set for a warm day with tops of 30 degrees! There’s a touch of rain forecasted to hit later in the day. Watch and assess if there’s a track downgrade.

The rail is in the true position for this meeting. Runners that can lead can really give a sight around the Lakeside circuit as it’s the inside of 2 tracks and far less roomy than the Hillside. “Up and In” seems to be the place to be.
