Suns vs Bucks G4

Was hoping we would get a bump to 12.5 here but still very keen at 11.5. The Suns use a 3 guard rotation, with Booker and CP taking up most of the minutes with Payne slotting in for majority of the rest (not all, as they have used CP + wings + Ayton lineup). Everything panned out well for Payne last game, with CP (inexcusably) playing just 16 first half minutes, as well as Booker being cold with Monty deciding to rest him. They had another 2 days off in between these games and have 2 more off before G5, so I’m expecting 40+ from CP and anywhere between 42-46 from Booker. This Bucks defence has really turned it on and it’s been a rough series for Payne at just 0.65 PRA per minute. With Cam Johnson playing so well and functionally operating as the Suns 6th man, it gives Monty the flexibility to play that CP + wings + Ayton lineup. Really think he plays closer to the 9 minutes we saw in G2 than the 16 we saw in G1. Needs 19 minutes at his current PRA rate to cover.

• Cameron Payne UNDER 11.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists @ 1.83 with B365

He’s obviously playing on a pretty ridiculous level right now with some historic production, but I have a tough time seeing him go off again today. It’s crazy how important Ayton is to this Suns team right now without Saric, so keeping him out of foul trouble is #1 priority. To do this, the Suns are likely going to try and bring help on Giannis when they can. He got a bit lucky with his 6 dimes from 7 potentials last game but he does get his guys some great looks with how much attention he draws so we could see a big passing game. Think we’ll see a lower usage Giannis game today with a strong lean on his under, which could open up some things for Jrue/Khris.
