The track is currently rated a heavy 8. Goulburn is a extremely cold part of Australia, so i expect the track to remain in the heavy range, with a slight chance of a upgrade.
We see the rail is 6 metres out for the entire track, Goulburn is lovely and spacious, all competitors will get their chance.
