Third-up in first prep for new stable. Hit the line nicely first-up over 1000m. Then boxed on nicely after sitting 2^nd on a hot speed, finished 3^rd beaten 0.8L by a smart one. Has the speed to cover the gate.

Happy Valley R4 6. Fa Fa

He was ok last start when finishing 3^rd beating Jumbo Fortune 0.1L who ran the better race. Fa Fa was first up and is the improver here. Slow race again here and Fa Fa will enjoy the far better run. Happy to leave Savaquin first up with the tricky run in transit out of the discussion.

Happy Valley R7 4. Comet Splendido

Ran a very good rating fresh over this track/trip when finishing 3^rd 0.6L behind 2 smart ones. Then out to 1800 trailing a very good speed running a very solid rating again. Slight query back to 1650m but will win this if he can run close to his first-up rating. Speed to cover the draw and Zac on.

Happy Valley R8 9. Circuit Elite

Couple gear changes first-up and bolted in. Swept to the front at the 800m and was too strong. He ran the quickest 8-6, 6-4 and 4-2 before peaking on his run. Up in class here but gets in light and his win looks good in the ratings. He draws well and will be much fitter 2^nd up 3 weeks between runs.
